Whether you're a seasoned maker or just starting out, Generator Membership is the perfect way to get involved in the community, gain access to tools, equipment, knowledge and resources you need to bring your projects to life.

Our standard members can choose between small shop membership or fabrication shop membership

After signing up for membership, enroll in member orientation to get introduced to the space, go over The Generator Member Handbook and receive your entry badge.

  • Small Shop Membership

    Standard: $20 monthly, $200 yearly
    Neighborhood pricing: $15 monthly, $150 yearly
    Shared Address Pricing(2 Adults): $30 monthly, $300 yearly

Studio Artists & Build Projects

  • Studio Artists

    $1.00 per sqft monthly
    Minimum of 100sqft
    6 Month + contract
    Small Shop or Fab Shop Membership Required
    Applications Currently Open, Limited Spots Available

    The Generator offers a number of dedicated flex style studios for local, adult artists, currently with around 50 artists in house! All mediums are welcome to apply.
    Studio Artists gain 24/7 access to the Generator for the term of the contract. This includes public shops with proper training and checkofs.

    Discounts on workshops and merch, and access to member-only events and opportunities.

    Discounts on storage cabinet rental.

  • Build Projects

    Pricing dependant on rental
    1 Day, 3 Day, Weekly, 1-3 Month, 3-6 Month Rentals
    $0.25/sqft - $1.50/sqft
    Designed for projects >6 months

    The Generator offers dedicated space for temporary builds and projects at the Generator. Temporary Build projects are defined as space rental for less than 6 months.
    Need to bust out a 30 foot tall sculpture before the burn or leave your ongoing upholstery project for a week? Build Project Spacing is for you.

    Applications for 2023 build season are currently being processed. To be considered for project space this season, please apply for space ASAP.
